Fine Dining
At Birchfield Manor, food is in our DNA. Before our head chef Brad Masset was a chef, he was a child growing up the Manor House. A passion for cooking and local, quality ingredients was instilled in him by his father, Wilford Masset. His father was a Swiss-trained chef and Washington native. This local knowledge paired with a distinguished skillset blended to result in the birth of Birchfield Manor Inn & Restaurant. Our on-site restaurant is one of the best dining options in Yakima, and is just one of the many reasons staying with us is the best way to experience Yakima.
