- RECEPTIONS - Parties and receptions for your group (fifteen or more)can be arranged for any Sunday through Wednesday night on 24 hour notice.  We can also cater your event if needed.  Weddings and Anniversaries are also special functions where Birchfield Manor excels. Our outdoor grounds can hold a large group for an elaborate wedding, or just surround the pool with a fun hors d'oeuvres party.  We have three different kinds of food service for catered events.  1) Sit down multi-course dinner 2) buffet style dinner 3) Hors d'oeuvres parties
